Yes, we adhere to highest standards in online payment protection, your information is secure with our PCI compliant payment providers.
We will offer a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days if we fail to deliver the correct product in good condition at time of pickup. When collecting your shipment please check to ensure it is the correct item and the contents are not damaged, if there is an issue please refuse to collect and immediately inform our support team by contacting us here or emailing us at email@example.com.
Refunds are NOT offered if you do not like the item, do not need it anymore, it does not fit properly, does not meet your expectations, or if it ceases to function properly after you have collected it.
Shipments will only be released to the person with a matching name on delivery details from Zebravo.co.uk at time of order and proof of identification will be required to collect. Zebravo is not the manufacturer of any products we sell and cannot provide any post-sale refunds for defects however we can assist with directing you to contact details for repairs or warranty claims if needed.
